What I’d like to present to you today is mindfulness meditation.
The Mindfulness meditation practice, which is a useful training, helps us to put distance between our typical reaction to events.

When uncomfortable events happen life, we react mostly in a certain way based on our conditioning—that which have learned over the years.

Quite simple, we start by setting some time aside for the practice; you don’t need any unique meditation cushions or benches or any special equipment.
You need to have a little time, and we can observe the breath.
You can also choose to observe the rising and falling of the chest.

Or the tummy whatever is more comfortable for you because it’s not about the breath isn’t like magic; you’re aware of what is with the help of the inspiration. The breath is one Constance.

Even if the mined runs off to your friend, you are not like somewhere else outside of the moment because often people say you’re not in the moment you’re actually in the moment thinking about your friend.

Where else would you be? You’re always in the moment, so it’s no point trying to be in the moment because you’re still in the moment.

You’re in the moment thinking about your friend, and all you’re doing is bringing the mind back to be focusing the breath, putting attention and something and one specific.

You’re trying to practice have more influence on the events in your life and not reacting from habit, training, learning to slow down, and notice what is going on at any moment, not just to occupied with your association or the associations of the mind.

If you are a situation, emotions are disturbed slow, take breath notice what is happening.

Where you can then put the mind to look at what’s happening now, and at this moment, you give yourself a little space you can respond instead of reacting.

Because the mined is functioning very much from habits, as I said, Mindfulness meditation can be beneficial for daily living. You start to train your mind to be able to see what is.

Sit in a chair or on the floor or your bed; the bed is not the best place because you probably fall asleep. Mindfulness definition

After a while, the mind will probably move away to something, take it back to the breath, and then as you do that, you might find that you are only able to watch the inspiration for a short time. Maybe your mindfulness practice took 20 minutes thinking about your friend or whatever it might be, and that’s okay.

It will get better practice make perfect, it’s like riding a bicycle first it takes a little while before you get the hang of it, so this is just the same.

There are many different practices not just on breath, but that’s what we are dealing with today.

I don’t claim to be an expert at mindfulness practice, but this is a simple way to get started.
Which I find to be exciting and enjoyable training.

Try this when walking or even in a disturbing situation, may you could slow down notice what is going on.

Maybe you could relax at the moment and just notice what it is you do in the situation.

I’m calling this mindfulness meditation; it is not from me. I didn’t make it up, but this is the way I understand it.
