I came into contact with meditation quite unexpectedly. I never showed much interest in this kind of New Age exercise meditative mind. Well, I was convinced that meditation was a manifestation of the new age; by the time I researched and found out that this is an ancient exercise:

Its origin lies in the period between about 5,000 to 3,500 BC. The exact time of its origin is unknown, but archaeologists agree that it must have been sometime during this period.

The Vedas (the oldest extant scriptures in Sanskrit dating back to around 1500 BC) are the first documents to find references to the practice of meditation.

It also Increasing the production of endorphins (chemicals that are euphoric and calm) and serotonin (a natural mood stabilizer); Increasing the neuronal messenger GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid is a neurotransmitter that sends chemical messages through the central nervous system.

It supports the human growth hormone as well as the hormone DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), reduces the production of the stress hormone cortisol u.v.m.


One of my friends introduced me to the world of meditation. I did not take it seriously at first, but in principle, I was quite taken with it.

It took a bit of time to learn how to train my mind – it is particularly difficult not to think. But the brain can be compared to a muscle that, like all other muscles in the human body, needs its time and practice to “get in shape.”

During meditation, one enters the state of rest, which is a process of becoming aware of what thought sensation, the feeling is arising, and the space between those thoughts.

You are not trying to stop the thought and feelings as some would have you believe idea have their place; But if your mind becomes empty, everything becomes limitless.

The thought itself always ends on the horizon, but the meditative mind does not do not move just as space does not move.

The thought has to pause to allow another to emerge.You are not able to force stillness by trying to stop the mind from thinking it is a process, the process of being aware, and you may use the breath to help you keep a particular focus to train the mind not to be so scatty.

The meditation leads our mind through a state of true peace. The word comes from the Latin term “meditation”, which means “reflection.” If you focus on yourself, you will be able to control your behavior more consciously throughout your life.

A mind is a tool, and it is essential to learn how to make use of it. Most people use by there mind and emotions without even realizing it

The meditative mind effect causes the brain to work coherently as the two cerebral hemispheres synchronize.Each part fits in like an orchestra and no longer acts as a single instrument – this is when experimentation begins with the realization.

The mind is getting calmer and clearer. The body experiences well-being. The brain increases its mental contribution. IQ is rising. The memory becomes stronger. And the intellect higher.

From personal experience, I know that I could read through the whole theory of meditation, but I would understand it only if I tried it myself. Knowledge is the keyword here. No doubt, it takes time and effort, but it is necessary for every discipline.

It is the practical application that completes my perception, which in turn stimulates change and my inner self changes in depth.

From that point on, experience has become my reality because I applied it myself and did not just learn it from a book.

Meditation is not meant to have a vision because I do not want to be “mystical”. Rather, it is about listening to oneself and, during this process, achieving a natural perception of reality, and from that, a proper understanding of how things work.

In the state of meditative mind, I realize the pure essence of things, I dissolve myself in the material sense and thereby increase my perception of reality.
